Chemonics International Inc, a leading international consulting firm based in Washington, D.C. seeks experienced professionals in Serbia for anticipated long- and short-term assignments on a three to five year international development project. The project will seek to stimulate rapid, diversified, and sustained economic growth at the local and regional level in Serbia. The project will focus on local governance and local self-government capacity building, foreign investment attraction, and private sector competitiveness.
Qualifications: Advanced academic degree in a relevant field; At least three years of professional working experience in a relevant technical area; Strong management, leadership, and communication skills; English and Serbo-Croatian language proficiency required (spoken and written); Experience working on international donor funded projects.
